Bridlewood Ranch Gathering Place and a Rainy Day

Ashley and Paul met me at Kraft Azalea Park for their included engagement session earlier this year. I love having the engagement session in each of my packages to allow couples to get a chance to meet me and experience how I work so that everyone is comfortable on the big day.

Their venue for the wedding is Bridlewood Ranch Gathering place near Clermont Florida. Which happens to be one of my personal favorite venues. I have had the pleasure of working closely with this family run venue since their grand opening and look forward to growing with them through many more amazing weddings.

BWR has a cute little dressing room for the bride and groom. The bridal suite has a chandelier, several mirrors, a gorgeous day couch, and a fridge that comes fully stocked with mimosas!

They also happen to be pet-friendly. I have never attended a wedding with a pet where the audience didn’t collectively “awwww” when a pet is included in the big day! They are a part of the family and should be included! Plus, I mean look at this cutie! I reshot for his blink.. but let’s face it, this is cuter!

It’s moments like this image above that really make what I do important. Ashely facetimed all of her relatives who couldn’t be here for her big day. It’s the little things that make a big difference.

It rained on Ashley and Paul’s big day at the ranch. While they had a backup plan to have the ceremony indoors, Ashely and Paul decided they wouldn’t melt and neither would their guests. They stuck with the outdoor plans and I’m really happy they did. The rain was gentle, the light was magical, and the unique atmosphere created wonderful memories.

Ashley chose so many unique and beautiful details for her big day. This includes a bouquet with a flower I’ve never seen before as the center piece. This was made possible by the lovely Denise Salmon of Southern Style Floral Design Co.

No one seemed to mind the rain, including the prettiest princess flower girl this world has ever seen! Who proceeded to dance in the rain as often as she was allowed.

After the ceremony, the party moved under the barn roof and cafe lights. One great thing about BWR is they are so open to customization. Let them know what you want and they will do everything they can to make it happen.

I love taking advantage of fun moments during formal portraits. Did I take a more traditional shot of these girls? Yes of course, but this one is so much more..”them”.

The sparkler exit is something that I’ve become known for. I choose to loose mostly natural light from the sparklers rather than using flash, giving it this amazing glow. Bridlewood Ranch is one of my favorite places for the sparklers. We have worked together to provide a perfect and safe environment for an amazing shot every time!
