Sammi and Robert chose one of my favorite venues to tie the knot, Paradise Cove, a freshwater venue on Lake Bryan in Orlando Fl. This place is gorgeous! with cypress trees and natural Florida surrounding you, it’s like you’ve been whisked away to a remote island that isn’t planted in the middle of Orlando and Disney.
I met with Sammi midday in the Lakeside Suite on the property. I gathered all of her something borrowed something blues, flowers, and rings and headed off to the front room where I knew the window let in beautiful midday light. There is a lot of blood sweat and tears put into getting the perfect rings, they deserve to be documented in the best light.
Wandering upstairs, where I met Sammi’s family and friends, along with Gina, Sammi’s cousin, and her two daughters. The girls were getting ready to be matching flower girls in rose gold and pink dresses.
Once everyone was ready we all crowded around the door where we waited to start the ceremony. I knew I needed a special lens for this particular ceremony due to the tall trees surrounding it. They’re just too amazing to crop out!
After the ceremony, it was time to party! We quickly took a few formal group photos then headed to the reception deck under hundreds of beautiful cafe lights.
Sammi’s mother made them a red velvet wedding cake and it was delicious! And in typical cool couple fashion, they both had a little cake smushed into their faces.
All in all, it was a fun night hanging with these two lovebirds. Please head over to my wedding wire page to see a full gallery of their fun day. Wedding Wire
